- We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner PayU
- COD is available only on orders above ₹5,000
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment must be received before order dispatch (except COD orders)
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to payment issues

4. Orders & Confirmation

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India via our logistics partner Shiprocket
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

- Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery confirmation

6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect products
- Customer must provide unboxing video and photos for return claims
- Return shipping costs are borne by customer unless product is defective

- Certified gemstones are final sale unless defective

7. Authenticity & Certification
- All gemstones are certified by the Indian Diamond Institute (IDI), Surat - one of India's most trusted and reputed gemological laboratories
- Every gemstone purchase includes a complimentary IDI certificate verifying natural origin, weight, color, clarity, and other gemological properties
- IDI certificates are recognized and trusted across India for their accuracy and authenticity standards
- Upon request, customers may opt for International Gemological Institute (IGI) certification for an additional fee
- IGI certification requests must be made at the time of order placement or before dispatch
- Additional charges and processing time (3-7 days) apply for IGI certification
- Both IDI and IGI certificates guarantee the authenticity and natural origin of the gemstone
- We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products sold
- Any disputes regarding authenticity will be resolved through independent third-party lab testing at a mutually agreed laboratory
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
DJRV Gems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
