Once your payment is confirmed, we carefully pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Every gemstone is packaged with extra care using secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. All shipments are sent via our trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) with full insurance coverage and real-time tracking. You'll receive tracking details via SMS, email, and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your gemstone's journey right to your doorstep!
Delivery Timeline & Coverage
We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders! Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities and major towns usually receive orders within 3-4 days, while remote areas may take 5-7 days. We currently ship only within India to ensure the fastest and most reliable service. Our shipping charges include handling, insurance, and premium packaging - everything you need for complete peace of mind. For high-value orders above ₹25,000, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm your delivery address and preferred delivery time.

You'll receive automatic updates via SMS, email, and WhatsApp when your order is dispatched, out for delivery, and successfully delivered. Changed Your Mind? We Understand!
We want you to absolutely love your gemstone purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, the gemstone must be in its original condition - unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation intact. Please note that the returned gemstone will be carefully inspected upon arrival, and returns are subject to the quality and condition of the stone. If the gemstone shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering after delivery, we reserve the right to decline the return or offer a partial refund. We kindly request that you create an unboxing video when you receive your order, as this helps us resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
Return Shipping & Process
To initiate a return, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the gemstone. Once approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us securely. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and we recommend using a tracked, insured courier service for your protection. After we receive and inspect the returned gemstone (which typically takes 2-3 business days), we'll process your refund within 7-10 working days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items - Fully Covered!
Your satisfaction and trust matter most to us! If your gemstone arrives damaged during transit or is defective/different from what was described, you won't pay a single rupee for the return. All our shipments are fully insured, and we'll handle everything - from arranging the return pickup to processing your full refund or sending a replacement, whichever you prefer. Just contact us immediately with an unboxing video and photos, and we'll resolve it within 24-48 hours. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every gemstone we sell, and we're committed to making things right if anything goes wrong!
