Return Window: 7 Days from Delivery
At DJRV Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gemstone purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
Returns Accepted:
1. Product received is damaged or defective
2. Product received is significantly different from the description
3. Wrong product was shipped
4. Product lacks authenticity certificate (if promised)
On all the points mentioned above (points 1 to 4), customer do not bare the shipping as well as insurance charges. However, they are only settled based on unboxing videos/photos provided. Hence it is requested to create an unboxing video and several photos of the product.

Change of mind or buyer's remorse (only applicable on prepaid orders , and in this case, please be aware, customer has to bare the shipping and insurance charges)
Returns NOT Accepted:
- Product is damaged or tamppered by the customer
- Customer fails to provide satisfactory unboxing videos or photos
- Minor color variations (natural gemstones vary slightly)
- Products without original packaging and certificate
Return Process:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, photos, and unboxing video (if claiming damage)
- We will review and approve/reject the return request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, ship the product back in original packaging with certificate
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is defective/wrong)
Refund Mode & Timeline:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking) within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days - please provide bank details
- Partial Refunds: Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable in certain cases. (Please check the above return policy text)
Damaged in Transit:
- Full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- We handle the insurance claim
- No return shipping charges for customer
Exchange Policy:
- We offer exchanges for different gemstones of equal or higher value
- Price difference must be paid for higher-value stones
- Subject to availability
